3. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be a national of an ADB developing member country
  • Be under 35 years old
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
  • Have professional experience after undergraduate studies
  • Be in good health
  • Not be living/working in Japan
  • Not be enrolled in graduate studies in Japan
