Overview

The Democracy Security and Human Rights PhD 2026 is offered under the International Max Planck Center for Democracy, Security and Human Rights, a joint initiative between the Minerva Center for Human Rights at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security and Law in Freiburg, Germany, operating under the Max Planck Society.

Eligibility

Applicants to the Democracy Security and Human Rights PhD 2026 must meet the following criteria:
