Finalists will compete for significant grant prizes and have opportunities for international exposure through pitching at the Norman E. Borlaug International Dialogue — one of agriculture’s flagship global convenings of leaders and innovators.
This initiative aligns with the World Food Prize Foundation’s mission to elevate transformative ideas that can meaningfully impact global hunger and sustainable development.
Beyond financial support, the Innovate for Impact Challenge offers participating startups unparalleled visibility within the global agriculture and food innovation ecosystem. Selected teams benefit from mentorship, feedback from industry experts, and engagement with investors, policymakers, and corporate leaders shaping the future of food systems. The Challenge also emphasizes real-world applicability, encouraging solutions that can be rapidly scaled across regions and adapted to diverse agricultural contexts. For emerging AgTech founders, this program serves as both a funding opportunity and a strategic launchpad for long-term global impact.
