The OECD Young Associates Programme 2026–2028 offers a remarkable opportunity for recent Bachelor’s graduates to gain professional experience in international policy-making, research, and analysis. Young Associates work closely with senior managers and policy experts, supporting cutting-edge work on topics such as climate action, anti-corruption, digital governance, public policy, international trade, and economic development.

During the two-year assignment, participants engage in background research, drafting reports, data analysis, stakeholder consultations, and the organisation of high-level policy events—including ministerial meetings. To qualify for the OECD Young Associates Programme 2026–2028, applicants must:
