Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet all criteria:

1. Nationality

Applicants must be nationals of:
Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, or Georgia.

2. Academic Background

  • Must complete an MA degree by September 2025.

3. English Proficiency

(To be submitted during Stage 2)

  • TOEFL iBT 80 / CBT 230 / PBT 500 OR
  • IELTS 6.0
  • Equivalent scores accepted; evaluated case-by-case.

4. Arrival Requirement

Must be able to arrive in Japan by late September 2025.
